Begin by visiting the official website at https://pearl.registration.kerala.gov.in. Once there, find the Chitty link located in the upper right corner and click on it.
In the dropdown menu under Certificates, select ‘Encumbrance Certificate’ and then proceed by choosing ‘Submit Application for EC.’
A new page will open for the Online Application for the Encumbrance Certificate. Fill in all the required fields until you reach the section labeled ‘Previous Document Details.’
Then, press the Save/Update button. The page will refresh to display the details you’ve just entered.
Next, provide the Property Details along with its boundaries, and click Save/Update once more. The window will refresh again to show your saved information.
Following that, specify the duration for your search and click the Calculate Fee button to check the applicable charges in the designated fields.
