RRB Para Medical Recruitment 2024 Selection process
Choosing an RRB and Preferences for positions: The vacancies listed in this CEN, categorized by RRB and Railway, are preliminary and may fluctuate based on the needs of the respective Railway administrations. Applicants are permitted to select a single RRB and specify their preferences for Railway Zones and the available posts/categories they wish to apply for, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for that chosen RRB. Those who select only partial options will be considered solely for the specific Railway Zones and posts/categories they have indicated, depending on the vacancy availability at the time of allocation. If no options are selected for certain posts/categories, this will be interpreted as a lack of interest. Once preferences are submitted, they are deemed final and cannot be altered.
RRB Para Medical Recruitment 2024 Shortlist Method
Candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination separately by each Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) at a ratio of 1:1 relative to the available vacancies. This selection will be determined by their performance in the Computer-Based Test (CBT). If the CBT is conducted in multiple sessions, the scores will be normalized. Those who are selected for DV will receive notifications through the official RRB websites, as well as via SMS and email sent to their registered mobile numbers and email addresses, allowing them to download their E-call letters for the DV process.
RRB Para Medical Recruitment 2024 Posting Method
Typically, an employee of the Railway will serve in the specific Railway or establishment where they are initially assigned. They do not have an automatic entitlement to be transferred to a different Railway or establishment. Nevertheless, a designated authority holds the power to reassign the employee to any other department or Railway establishment, which may include projects both within India and abroad, depending on the needs of the service. Requests for transfers to other Railways will not be entertained until the newly appointed individual has completed a minimum of 5 to 10 years of service. Therefore, it is advisable for candidates to thoughtfully select their RRB.
