TN MRB Assistant Surgeon Salary Package 2024
In the Tamil Nadu Medical Services, the salary bracket for an Assistant Surgeon at Level-22 ranges between Rs. 56,100 and Rs. 1,77,500. This pay scale aligns with the remuneration standards established for 2024, offering a compelling financial package for professionals in the healthcare sector.
TN MRB Assistant Surgeon Recruitment Age Limit 2024
Individuals from various groups, such as Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Castes (Arunthathiyars) (SC(A)s), Scheduled Tribes (STs), Most Backward Classes/Denotified Communities (MBC&DNCs), Backward Classes (BCs), and Backward Class Muslims (BCMs)—including Ex-Servicemen from these categories—must reach the age of 59 by 01.07.2024. Those classified as “Others” should be 37 years old by the same date, while persons with disabilities in this group are expected to be 47 years old by that deadline. Additionally, Ex-Servicemen in the “Others” category should not exceed 50 years of age by 01.07.2024.
TN MRB Assistant Surgeon Educational Qualification 2024
To be considered for the position of Assistant Surgeon (General), applicants must possess a certification that is on par with those issued by an accredited University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission and supported by the Medical Council of India. Candidates need to have obtained an MBBS Degree and fulfill the following requirements:
- They must be a registered medical practitioner as per the Madras Medical Registration Act of 1914.
- They should have undergone at least twelve months of training as a House Surgeon (CRRI).
- Their name must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council before the specified deadline in this Notification (15.05.2024).
If a candidate asserts that their academic qualifications are equivalent, albeit not identical, to those required, it is their duty to provide proof of this equivalence.
TN MRB Assistant Surgeon Recruitment Exam Fee 2024
Those belonging to the SC/SCA/ST/DAP(PH) categories must pay Rs. 500 for the TN MRB Assistant Surgeon Recruitment exam, whereas candidates from other categories are required to pay Rs. 1000. It is important to note that after an application is submitted online, it cannot be canceled. Additionally, the registration fee is non-refundable and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
TN MRB Assistant Surgeon Exam Hall Ticket 2024
Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can obtain their Hall Tickets by downloading them from the Board’s official website, www.mrb.tn.gov.in. Please be aware that Hall Tickets will not be sent through postal services. Notifications will be sent via email or SMS to the registered email address or phone number of candidates once their Hall Ticket is available for download. It is essential for applicants to verify that they meet all examination eligibility criteria. Recognizing that participation in the exam is contingent upon fulfilling these requirements is vital. Simply having a Hall Ticket does not guarantee that the candidate’s application has received full approval from the Board.
