TN ITI Admission 2024: Step-by-Step Online Application Guide
As we approach the year 2024, those keen on securing a spot in Tamil Nadu’s Vocational Training Institutes should take the time to watch the instructional video and read the manual thoroughly before filling out the application form.
It’s vital to have all original certificates prepared for submission when attending the admission process at the vocational training center. Neglecting to present these documents will lead to disqualification of your application.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded information is accurate. Any discrepancies could result in rejection by the appropriate authorities at any point in the process.
When you sit down to fill out the application, ensure you have the following documents at hand:
- Candidate’s Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
It’s important to provide a valid and unique email address and phone number since these cannot be altered later and will be used for all future communications. Also, double-check that these details are not already registered on the website.
Make sure that the Date of Birth confirms that the candidate will be at least 14 years old by 01.08.2024. Additionally, include details about Community/Caste (ST/SCA/SC/MBC/DNT/BCM/BC). Lastly, an Aadhaar number is a requirement for submission.

Kindly share the essential information needed to process the payment for the online application fee. Acceptable payment methods include debit cards, credit cards, Gpay, and net banking. For parents of students in the 10th grade, it is imperative to register the 9th-grade marks from the year 2021.
Please ensure that you scan and save the following documents in JPEG format, maintaining a file size between 50 kb and 100 kb:
- Mark Sheets for 8th and 10th grades
- Transfer Certificate
- Community or Caste Certificate
- Priority Reservation Certificate
- Migration Certificate (for those moving from different states).
Don’t forget to also prepare your passport-sized photos and signatures in JPG format; the photo should be sized between 50 kb and 100 kb, while the signature should range from 10 kb to 20 kb. The EMIS Number can be located on the student’s Transfer Certificate or School ID card.
